Pan-Pacific UAS Test Range Complex

  Just awarded UAS Test Site status by the FAA, the PPUTRC is a three-State initiative (AK, HI, OR) which manages various UAS flight operations in each state that subscribe to the different geographic and climatic testing environments as prescribed by the FAA site selection criteria. The PPUTRC will provide data to the FAA that will ultimately provide the data that is needed to allow the FAA to make informed decisions regarding the routine use of UAS into the national airspace system. The PPUTRC also manages three high-speed, high-altitude airspace areas that extend between each of Alaska, Hawaii and Oregon, creating almost 7000 miles of test corridor. The PPUTRC is presently open for business!
