I have worked with Leonard for the past three years. Through our relationship I have headhunted two business critical roles. Leonard has always been extremely receptive to feedback and understands how to extract the best from a fledgling relationship. Feedback from the first appointee when I met him a year into the role was particularly complementary on Leonards style of management. Clear, concise and fair are words he used to describe Leonard. Apparently teams working under Leonard always understand what is required of them and enjoy working for him. From my experiences of working with him I would agree.
