Fred C.
Leonard is a hands-on person with a positive, can-do attitude. Always willing to help in any way he can. Leonard worked at a location where there wasn’t any on-site technical support. So in addition to the duties he was already assigned, he volunteered to be the go-to guy for any instances where technical assistance was required. Leonard could always be counted on to provide top-notch support in a timely fashion. And everybody he supported praised his work. It was a pleasure working with such a competent and personable individual.

For use in a customer data base, I converted electronic data files and hard copy documents into a standard PDF format for addition. All documents had to be OCR'd and available to subject search, bar coded and QA’d. Documents included many versions of Excel spreadsheets, e-mail, Word and Word Perfect formats, photographs, movie files and various other formats. Using Remedy I documented my computer support of the various corporate employees within the DFW area. I was downsized upon change of contract. Show less
