      Rental Assistance programs. Oversee the application process, eligibility determination and services administered through these programs. Report on program progress and outcomes for multiple funding streams. Develop and implement program criteria and standard operating procedures for Rental Assistance program. Manage the day to day operation and administration of the Community Partnership’s prevention programs (Rental Assistance and Utility Assistance programs). Develop and maintain referral sources to provide additional support services to applicants. Prepare monthly narrative reports and reconcile financial information with finance department to ensure proper financial reporting. Act as liaison between the Partnership and other Rental Assistance programs in the District of Columbia. Monitor program performance; prepare monthly narrative and electronic reports for Emergency Shelter Grant. Prepare annual report for inclusion in DHCD’s report to HUD on the Emergency Shelter Grant. Review assistance applications for all rental and utility assistance including DHS Emergency Rental Assistance Program, Emergency Shelter Grant and DHS Continuum of Care funding.
