  I assisted associate trainers and instructors with new hire classes. Training was virtual for 4 weeks and during the 4 weeks we had 3 weeks of in class training and one week of on-the-job training taking calls. i assisted with questions and some light training included. This was a temp position that was no longer needed, and I am currently in my previous role as an Ops Coach.
