  During my service in the Hoshen unit - 383rd battalion, I was promoted to a Network Team Lead in my platoon. As a team leader I was in charge of about 15 technicians, dividing tasks to them, working towards goals and deadlines in different projects that took place within IDF's different networks, providing quick and professional response around the clock (24/7), from the smallest, to most urgent calls. Providing such service to IDF customers regarding layer & communicational solutions to VIP clients. Configuration, troubleshooting and installation of switches / routers (primarily Cisco, and some Juniper aswell), working with the "SPECTRUM" monitoring program, to proactivly find and solve malfunctions in the network.   After completing the basic course at the unit's national control center, I was stationed as a network technician in the 383rd battalion "Zameret" in the Kirya military base. In this role I implemented in projects installation of communication infrastructure within the base and in new sites. Part of the job is configuring, installing, monitoring and troubleshooting of Cisco switches and more, and providing customer service to solve network issues as well.
