Morris Yarjovski, CSI

Leon has proven to me over the years that he is an extemely knowledgeable and professional engineering & construction group leader. He has shown numerous times the ability of successfully supervising a large staff, multiple buildings and customers within our region. Always an asset when negotiating with different entities; like multiple federal agency stakeholders, contractors, professional services, facility managements, consultants, etc.; and consistantly providing the desired results by being eager to represent the clients', and agency's best interest. His excellent management, organizational and leadership skills always provided the tools and environment for his group and projects to succeed, and would be a valuable asset to any organization projects. It was a great pleasure to have worked for and with Leon, and I wouldn't mind doing so again.
