Since 2019 I've built a platform for Ali Khoshnevis's (my father's) art portfolio. I had full creative control over his 200+ art pieces created in the past several decades. In this position, I initiated, ran, and managed a website, many social media, as well as, their inquiries from the ground up. While this position doesn't have high reputability it gave me a creative space to master different software such as Adobe, Microsoft, and different promotional programs. NYLT is a week-long advanced leadership course designed to teach Scouts the tools, techniques, and skills they need to be better leaders. Led by an exemplary, highly-trained youth staff, NYLT participants grow together as leaders as they participate in hands-on activities that teach them how to manage group dynamics, build communications skills, develop a vision, set goals, and execute a plan. In addition, they learn about problem-solving, conflict resolution, ethical decision-making, and effective teaching.
