  Wyeth Nutrition, part of the Nestlé group, is a global leader in the production of infant nutritional products, with brands including SMA infant formula and Illuma, which is their premium brand developed for export to the Chinese market. This product is mainly produced in the plant in Askeaton, where I worked in the Commercial Labeling Development and Compliance department, responsible for creating and updating labeling information for all Wyeth infant nutrition brands worldwide. My role primarily involved overseeing the work of an external agency based in the UK, ensuring they were managing and completing tasks as required.

  ICON PLC is a global clinical research organisation with headquarters in Dublin. I worked for Firecrest, an IT solutions division of ICON PLC, based in Castletroy, Limerick. Firecrest specialises in online training and software to help support study sites conducting clinical trials on behalf of pharmaceutical companies.I joined Firecrest as a senior designer in 2006. Following a promotion in 2013, I spent 4 years managing the graphic design team during a period of significant expansion. I successfully managed the growth of the design team from a team of 5 to 24 designers, including the addition of a new Dublin-based team.
