Loudoun County, VA Back office administration is a challenge for gov con small businesses. Many small businesses are started by talented professionals - experts in what they offer. Many small businesses are started by talented professionals - experts in what they offer. They can win work. But, the challenges of accounting, payroll, benefits, HR, recruiting, IT, facilities, procurement, security, contracts, treasury, etc. are often daunting to say the least. These valiant entrepreneurs may have had some exposure to a few of these back office functions, but in large part this area is foreign territory. The typical solution: Hire consultants to address these needs when there is an issue and ignore these functions as much as possible the rest of the time. There are several problems with this model. The most obvious though, being high out-of-pocket consultant fees, is not the most significant. The real problem is lack of coordinated effort and lack of common objective. These experts work independently of each other and miss leveraging efforts that can better serve the company. Also, their primary objective is to increase billings. There is no direct benefit to them if the company grows. EZ Operations LLC was founded by me to create a new paradigm in this market. Instead of hiring experts from multiple sources, hire one company to do it all. Instead of hourly billings, a partnership in success that ensure we are vested in your success and growth. Instead of recreating winning processes have those in place for you. Business as a service (BAAS) is the next evolution in the business world. We are just getting started and putting in place all of the tools to provide a turn-key option for small businesses. Please contact me for more information. Show less
