Instructor for the Advanced System Integration course, where I introduced the students to concepts and techniques to specify, design, and implement integrated manufacturing systems. Upon completion of the course, students had a good comprehension of sensors, and techniques in capturing, analyzing, and displaying data at various levels within a manufacturing enterprise. Students developed LabVIEW programs to perform low-level control of electro-mechanical devices. In addition to lectures, the course was augmented with lab exercises.

My role as the local Field Engineer for National Instruments was to consult with customers and help them design test and measurement systems; occasionally I would develop detailed proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feasibility. I also held many technical presentations and educational hands-on seminars to solidify concepts around test and measurement topics and demonstrate the fundamentals of LabVIEW, Data Acquisition, Real-Time Process Control, etc. Familiar with proven automated test methodologies requiring a hybrid approach of software and instrumentation. Excellent ability to create positive working relationships and strong interpersonal skills.
