Leo is a Senior Engineer at WSP responsible for the acoustics design of projects throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Leo specialises in architectural acoustics with broad experience in building projects which include residential developments, health and educational institution buildings, commercial and retail facilities, leisure and entertainment venues, defence facilities, and acoustically critical spaces such as performing art venues and recording and broadcasting facilities. He is passionate about Performing Arts and Leisure sectors with a strong emphasis on providing acoustic solutions which marry the expected acoustic performance of these critical spaces with the visual aesthetics of the architectural intent to ensure the enjoyment of the patrons. Leo’s experience in building acoustics and electro-acoustics is suited for the delivery of integrated acoustic design of buildings which often require complementary room acoustics with sound system design. His broad range acoustic experiences together with his architectural background allows him to provide holistic design advice which are both acoustically effective and meets architectural intents.
