  - Volunteered at a `Get back to Sport Masterclass` event run by Claire MInshull PhD (Rehabilitation and Conditioning Specialist) & Serena Simmons (Chartered Psychologist). - The event included speeches from many experts in their field, with guest speakers Sharron Davies talking about her battles with injuries and rehabilitation treatment strategies she has used in the past.- Other speakers included Johhny Wilson (Clinical Director for Sport and Exercise Medicine), Lewis James (Senior Nutrition Lecturer at Loughborough University), Mike Brownlow (Athlete Health Consultant at England Institute of Sport) and other physiotherapists.
