      Dodo Pubs limited, was set up mid 2014 to act as the holding company for both the rusty bicycle ltd. & the rickety press ltd. The dodo pub company is a group of foodie's, restaurateurs', craft beer & wine lovers, graphic designers, artists, event creators and interior designers, who all have a passion for design, travel, food and drink. We believe in exceptional service and hospitality, sourcing our food locally and wherever possible, from farmers and producers we know and trust. The Group has grown since 2014 to now include The Rusty Bicycle, The Rickety Press, The Bottle of Sauce, The Up in Arms & The Last Crumb as well as a co working sideline called Dodo Works that resides with 50 decks above the Bottle of Sauce in Cheltenham.       In 2011 I set up the Rickety Press with my business partner Christopher Manners. Over the 3 years we have been open, 'The Rickety' has established itself as one of the leading Gastro pubs in and around Oxfordshire, sporting awards such as a Michelin Bib Gourmand and entry in the Good Food Guide for 2 years running. During my time at the Rickety I have developed its brand identity, interiors, menus while working both in the kitchen and the front of house. I have managed the day to day operations as well as developing the long term strategic goals. During this time I have found a keen understanding of the industry and the skills required to replicate our business module over multiple premises. In addition, we have successfully retained our position in the good food guide 2015 for a third year running & our Michelin bib gourmand for a 2nd year. Show less
