I worked with Leo on a handful of projects that impacted his team and required him to make a lot of process changes. He was open-minded, asked the right questions to understand the goal of the project and was willing to push back when he knew the direction was not right for his team. He readily supported me in influencing some of the tougher stakeholder crowd.
