There is no limit to the number of superlatives I could attach to Leo's work for me, but I'll surely test that limit. Leo is a tremendous bookseller, excellent at customer service and selling customers the book they didn't know they needed. He has a well-honed eye for display and merchandising, and extremely reliable when it comes to adhering to scheduled hours and breaks. But I believe his best asset comes from his relationships with co-workers. He is the best co-worker anyone could ask for, calm, collected, and a great listener. He knows what needs to get done, and he makes sure it gets done, but all the while he is funny, generous, and kind. I always knew I could rely on Leo to take instructions and get the job done with a minimum of fuss. Every store needs a Leo to even function (which is why some just don't) but he made our store thrive. It was a pleasure to have him working for me.
