Leo is an amazing boss and even a better person. After interning at the office for Sping of 2023, I can confidently say that he taught me a lot and has made me a better worker and person in the process. Leo takes great care of all of his staff and works very closly with his interns so that they learn but also get different experiences in the process. In my time at the office, Leo came up with a lot of great ideas both to make things easier for staff but also to reach as many constituents as he could. In addition, Leo is tremendously attentive and caring towards all of his constituents and staff. The office is one of the busiest in the whole Pennsylvania Democratic Caucus and that could not be possible without Leo. Leo is a very unique boss and I am so glad that I was able to work with him. Leo made my internship process very easy and is someone that I will never forget for the rest of my life.

Leo Greenberry is a great supervisor who has incredible ability as a manager. He is compassionate and caring about his work, and strives to make sure his staff has everything they need to thrive. In the 10 months I worked under him, he brought structure and stability to management in the district office. He helped improve our office efficiency and effectiveness in every aspect; including constituent service, event planning, outreach, and communications. Every office needs someone like Leo to make sure it is fully operational.
