      * Accounts Receivable processing: * Process new account application forms as received including completing appropriate trade reference and credit checks in line with the Group’s Credit Policy. * Apply daily banking to the respective accounts by close of business on day of receipt or within two business days of month end rollover. * Reconcile debtor accounts and follow up anomalies and unallocated amounts within one business day of discovery. * Attend to month end accounts receivable processing in accordance with Group policies and procedures. *Review Debtors Report daily and proactively recommend further action to be taken against outstanding account holders (Late Payment Notice, Notice of Demand, and Intention to Sue etc). * Contact outstanding accounts holders prior to 45 days overdue to make arrangements for payment with follow up to be undertaken immediately payment is not honored. * Customer Liaison: *Liaise with interstate accounts receivable staff to ensure consistent collection of national accounts where necessary. *Liaise with internal departments to ensure debtor terms including stop payment restrictions are adhered to. * Daily reconciliation and reporting to senior management of Group unit sales, invoicing and collections (NTP Group Equipment Schedules). *Assist the Office Administrator with preparation of weekly cash flow historical reporting including but not limited to Group Debtor Income Week End report. * Credit Policy Management & Review: * General Administrative Duties: * Ensure all filing is up to date on a daily basis. * Regular archive company records. * Provide back up and support of other Administrative staff as and when required with minimal direction from management. * Attend to other general administrative functions as and when directed by the Administration Manager.
