  I started as a Test technician 1 and worked in our production area functional testing and repairing several different types and models of modems, after three years I working my way up to a Tech 3 position. From there I spent two years in our Tech Support area spending one year performing domestic support of our products and another year in our International/Escalation support area. Before working my way up as an Engineering tech for the last 15 years. My job duties included high level Tech support escalation, firmware testing, software testing, hardware testing, documentation reviewing and other misc tasks for both analog and wireless products, working closely with production and engineering.
