  As a Senior Permit Specialist, I work with design teams in the construction and utility industry to ensure projects stay on track by lining up permits and expediting the permitting process for all parties. As a Licensed Expeditor through the City of Chicago, I help clients obtain building permits, permits for structures to be altered, or whatever regulatory permits are required for our clients' project. Working with engineers, architects, and Government Officials to ensure permit applications contain required elements in order to avoid costly delays in the review process. Obtaining key documentation from relevant departments and review them to ensure project paperwork such as marked parking restriction, road closures and other important details are ready to submit to the reviewing agency such as, Chicago and Illinois Department of Transportation for approval. Monitoring and maintaining the heart beat of Chicago's under belly and hidden world. Contracted with (CDOT), City of Chicago Department of Transportation.
