I have seen Lennon in action at Special Olympics Australia for the last couple of years and had great fun working with him. Lennon is not only a dedicated and enthusiastic sport management professional, but great bloke as well. He was very popular with co-workers, volunteers and (most importantly) Special Olympics athletes. Lennon is one of those great employees who brings well-thought out ideas to the table, works very hard and just gets on with the job with focus and energy. I've had great feedback from fellow employees and volunteers that reinforce this. I focus my recommendation on these personal attributes because I believe Lennon would be an asset to any organisation by virtue of his personality and work ethic alone. That said, I was hugely impressed by the work Lennon did behind the scenes at our wonderful sport events and the significant improvements he made to the Healthy Athletes and Athlete Leadership Programs, two of Special Olympics' key initiatives. I wish Lennon the very best for the future and sincerely hope he stays involved with the Special Olympics movement.
