She was always responsible and detail-oriented as she always made sure that all details were there before she handed over her customers to implementation. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Lenka through Egencia when I was looking for a travel agent solution. Her natural skill to deal with people and the ability to quickly establish a meaningful relationship with clients is something to desire.
