Lenka has been my direct manager in my roles as Finance Operations Associate until Senior Finance Operations Specialist between 2015 - 2019. She has been my direct point of contact in terms of daily operations, personal growth & career development. I have always perceived Lenka's style of managing as very pleasant. Lenka knows how to set clear team goals and translate them into development plans for each individual team member, assuring that targets are being met. This, in my opinion, defines the strength of good leadership, as this demonstrates her ability to layer expectations set from the top and crystallize them to the very bottom. Worth to mention here, is that she does this with a warm heart and with all the best intentions for each of her team members. Apart from being commendable in driving team performance, Lenka in my eyes has also always been a very engaging manager. This helped me to determine my personal career goals within SAP and has brought me to the point where I am standing now. For the past 1,5 years I have been fortunate to be her supportive force on (daily) operational level, functioning as her team coordinator and later as her team lead.
