Being Senior Vice President of Canterbury Coffee Coffee Eastern Canada and U.S. Lenka was hired to bring a new level of SCA Barista training to the Canterbury Team. Lenka was extremely knowledgeable about Specialty Coffee and Specialty Training. Passionate and well spoken with regard to her Certified SCA Training Certificate. Lenka understood the different Grades of Specialty Coffee and pushed to improve all area's of the Coffee training program for Employee's and Customers. Her Passion and Knowledge of a;l brewing methods, Espresso, Drip, Aero Press, V60, Chemex, Cold Brew improved all levels of brewing at Canterbury. Lenka traveled to all Branches and Roasting Facilities across Canada, including Richmond Roasting Plant, Burnaby Distribution Centre( Head Office), Victoria, Vernon, Edmonton, Calgary, Oakville Roasting Plant Lenka participated in North American Golden Bean Awards, supporting Canterbury in winning many Golden Bean Awards for the Company. Judging many Canadian Barista Regional Championships, Lenka excelled in being involved in her Specialty.
