I've worked with CookieJar (CJI) for a year and Leni was our Account Manager. Her customer relations capability stood-out during turbulent times that the world was going through and especially our industry. Even when the pressure and expectations from our side increased, she managed to deliver to the best of her ability, which has been very much appreciated as a managed customer. Leni was introduced to me as our Accounts Manager to handle our digital marketing when it was in infancy and our business in middle of COVID-19 pandemic.
