Bimal Jain
I've worked with CookieJar (CJI) for a year and Leni was our Account Manager. Her customer relations capability stood-out during turbulent times that the world was going through and especially our industry. Even when the pressure and expectations from our side increased, she managed to deliver to the best of her ability, which has been very much appreciated as a managed customer. Her Account Management was very effective and her time and priorities management was excellent, which is a critical competency for a Sales & Account Manager. Leni has strong fundamentals and I'm sure she will excel in her role (this one or bigger roles in the future) and will be an asset for any company she works with.

Leni was introduced to me as our Accounts Manager to handle our digital marketing when it was in infancy and our business in middle of COVID-19 pandemic. It was very unique scenario and online was the only effective channel. With Leni’s sound knowledge and her matured thinking we could draw an effective plan which has shown results as we were on recovery path quicker than many. My personal observation is that, she is with calm mind with high EQ that helps her to ask relevant questions to get to the bottom to derive the exact business objectives. Also she operates with high ethics and integrity making her very valuable contributor to our team. Being a good listener she comes with an attitude to understand hence has been very effective in her tasks. Lastly, her attitude to keep learning will get her success in whatever she does.
