Lene er en fantastisk forandringsagent. Jeg har haft fornøjelsen af at samarbejde med Lene, hvor hun havde ansvaret for implementering af S&OP proces, der skulle bygges op helt fra bunden af. Lene har en særlig evne til at få os besværlige ledere med på rejsen. Hun er dedikeret og meget stålfast, hvilket giver en virkelig god ro, når komplekse ting skal implementeres og især forankres. Det gode er måden hvorpå Lene agerer i samspillet med kollegaer på alle niveauer. Ærlig og direkte med stor integritet. Man er aldrig i tvivl om, hvor man har Lene – og, næsten koste hvad det koste må, så kommer man altid sikkert i mål. Lene nedbryder siloer med kæmpe succes. Det er altid værdikædebetragtningen som er i fokus. Man skal samarbejde, på tværs. Man skal have fælles mål og det skal være transparent og der skal skabes synergi. Som Lene ofte udtrykker dét: vi har alle den samme kunde! Hendes Supply Chain baggrund gør at Lene har solid forståelse for både detaljen og det holistiske, hvilket gør hende i stand til at tale meget troværdigt, med alle i hele værdikæden. Det gav møderne værdi, for det var altid det signifikante og dét strategiske der var i fokus. I forbindelse med implementering af en S&OP proces fra sratch så er det altså ingen nem opgave – skulle jeg hilse og sige. Det kræver et stærkt DNA og utrættelig gå-på-mod, for når vi alle havde for travlt, så var det ikke S&OP vi tænkte på som det første. Lene formår dog at rumme og favne de udfordringer driften står midt i – ellers kan man ganske enkelt ikke få succes med S&OP. Senere i karrieren har jeg ofte anvendt Lene som sparringspartner og inspirator. Når jeg selv ville implementere S&OP, har Lene altid stillet op og præsenteret S&OP overfor mine lederkollegaer og team i øvrig – med en ægte passion og gejst – der altid har gjort det umådelig nemt for mig efterfølgende, at sælge ideen om S&OP. Lene forstår at det handler om kundeaspektet. Lene forstår at formidle det komplekse S&OP budskab på en enkel måde. Altid kunden i centrum.
