Lene and I worked together for nearly 4-years. During that time she became an integral member of the team, applying her skills to eLearning 'skin' design, primarily, and marketing collateral for the business. She also supported us in numerous other tasks, too many to list here! What became evident early on, was the Lene was able to take charge of tasks, and produce results. Nothing daunted her, and her output was always of a very high standard. In fact it was during this time that our eLearning development progressed in leaps and bounds, due to her involvement in the designing of templates and the interpretation of client branding. I would not hesitate to hire Lene again.

As UX-lead at Brønnøysund Register Centre (BR) I had the pleasure of working with Lene on our project for a new internal case management system and register-platform, Lene was already in the project, as an consultant from Bouvet, when I was employed back in 2018 and had years of experience in this large public sector project already, When I entered the project at the end of 2019 to coordinate UX and be a UX/design-voice in the project management-team, I found her to be very easy to work with and I learned much from her during our time in the project. Lene was, from early on in the project, the leading UX resource and the one with the most knowledge of the complexity of the system (seen from the user experience perspective), she understands the need of good user experience and accessibility even for internal systems and did a very good job at staying true to UX-principles and the project end goals. Any project or employer that can be fortunate enough to get Lene on board will greaten their chances of success, and even more if they also manage to both listen and learn from her.
