      After AL-KO Axis was acqucition by Dexter my position further advanced.My role working with VP of Engineering, Senior Prouduct Engineers, Cost Accoutants/Controller and training with software developer consultants WorkWise to transfer all data entities of EPICOR and TCM verson 8.1 to TCM 9.9 & develop Product Configurators in parallel.68,000 items part numbers and descriptions were restructured. Exploded BOM’s consuming sub-assemblies were flatten for various medium spring/torsion axles, heavy duty spring with air braking produced at (12) USA and (2) Canada locations .BOM accuracy involved vetting with cost accountants and monitoring purchase price variance (PPV). upload/data entry and converting them to Dexter product lines consisting of restructing part numbers, descriptions, BOM’s costing & prints. Additional duties taken on when resources were constrained included data entry, assiting with inventory counts, maintaining/creating Autodesk CAD & INVENTOR parts, assemblies, drawings & implementing all system changs for approved engineering change notifications (ECN) and R & D lab FAIR’s.Working extenstively with plant managers, producution supervisors, commodity managers, manufacturing engineers, customer serivce/order entry, cost accounting, scheduling & shipping and receiving to ensure standard cost and plants cost were accurate going into production.

I began being outsourced to acquired companies as Systems Manager vetting BOM’s, customer orders, creating and scheduling shop orders and working handling with production supervisors.
