  As a foreign language teacher, I taught German to adults and children whose first or main language is not German. I used a range of course books and materials, plus a variety of audio-visual aids, to encourage students to communicate with each other using the structures and vocabulary they've learnt and to improve the four basic language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. A strong emphasis is placed on dialogue and role-playing, but more formal exercises language games and literature are also used. I also worked in a variety of settings, including commercial language schools, schools and institutions of further and higher education throughout Germany and overseas. I also taught in industry or become self-employed. Classes are usually taught in German, even with beginners. My responsibilities included planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes and age groups. Preparing and setting tests, examination papers and exercises to mark and provide appropriate feedback on oral and written work. Devising, writing and producing new materials, including audio and visual resources. Organizing and get involved in social and cultural activities such as sports competitions, school parties, dinners and excursions. Preparing information for inspection visits and other quality assurance exercises of which I had to undertake administrative tasks, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.

  For my role of the chairwoman in the youth forum for AKR, I was the person who is the primary facilitator of the group's decision makers, usually including a board of directors. I gathered the information for the agenda based on upcoming events and needs for the organization, communicating with committee chairs and other members to maintain a knowledgeable understanding of the things transpiring in the group. Being the leader I was involved with the strategic planning of events and ensure that all activities are in accordance with the organization's mission. In doing so, I was not only informed, but could offer advice and insights. By doing so, I could keep the members updated into the actual influences and the right choices of which was also the fundamental political idea of AKR.

  I was the moderator at Radio Lipjani for about two years. This experience contributed a lot in my communicating skills and keeping my self-close the people through my voice. I was responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the discussion, managing the group process and dynamics, introducing relevant issues and ideas for response by the group, and for ensuring that the listeners matters are truly understood, not only in serious topics but also on the relaxing part of the radio show. I was the moderator at Radio Lipjani for about two years. This experience contributed a lot in my communicating skills and keeping my self-close the people through my voice.
