Len was the consumate professional who understood all aspects of the project - operations, development, and theory. In the creation of multiple projects in India, he created structures and processes which made the IC2 Insititute a key asset to FICCI, DRDO and Lockheed Martin. As a manager, he understood management in an unstructured environment and delivered on results individually and for his team. It was a pleasure to work with him at IC2 and afterwards.
