Responsibilities:As a project manager within the agile method SAFe, I drove and developed a migration to Atlasisan Jira that concerned error reporting systems that replaced a 30-year-old system. Had full responsibility for preparing and implementing the migration of the old error reporting system for all divisions within AB Volvo. Help configure the fields and the workflow in Jira.Responsible and was facilitator as Change Manager with training and communication regarding the new error reporting system for the department.Project manager - developed training for the use of Jira in a SharePoint-based environment for the Volvo GTT.Result: Migration of the new tool in Jira and the implementation of the new fault reporting system gave a result that was above expectations for both the department and affected parts of AB Volvo. The clean-up of the old IT system resulted in 95% of old reports being migrated, which by a good margin exceeded the set target. Responsibilities: As a software project manager and software process developer, I implemented the agile software process according to Scrum for embedded systems within the Volvo GTT.Project manager for the department when changing from an older management system to a new one, and held the training of the new management system for the department.Initiated and ran a group of internal auditors to prepare for various internal / external audits in collaboration with Senior Vice President - Vehicle Engineering within GTT.Result: The electrical development department got a well-functioning and simplified software process for embedded systems. Responsibilities: As project manager, I operated and implemented a new document management system from Phoenix contact (PLC, I / O), ensured that tests and training were performed and communicated changes and received suggestions for changes.As an internal auditor, I handled internal audits within ISO9001 and ISO14001 for the Volvo GTT regarding both software and hardware.I took on the task as project manager to initiate and set the requirement of a new internal version management system for the department that we built in the database platform "Sews".As patent manager in innovation, I was responsible and ran the patent management for the department, where I also created an "Eagle nest" where the innovators could come to a panel with their proposals.Result: The new document management system was implemented and is still used throughout AB Volvo. The new internal version management system was well received as you had previously had to go through an Excel sheet to get a new document number.
