Member of the Department Management of Sport and Health Sciences at GIH. Research areas: I conduct mainly interventions studies, clinical studies in primary care, randomized clinical trials, epidemiology studies, validation studies and studies with descriptive explorative design. Main focus of my research is: • effects of physical activity or sedentary behaviour on health • methods to promote physical activity or reduce sedentary behaviour • validation of methods to measure physical activity level, fitness or sedentary behaviour • implementation research I have a special interest in physical activity on prescription (In Swedish: FaR, fysisk aktivitet på recept).
