  Dr Carver is an experienced executive and non executive company director and advisory board member. Working with a range of small to medium sized companies he has assisted them with strategy and market development in the technology, energy management and healthcare/aged care sectors. He has a base of experience that’s spans both large public sector departments and private sector companies serving in senior ICT and finance roles. His roles have included solid line senior management and consulting roles as a chief financial officer, financial controller and chief operating officer and Partner/Director. As a consultant/member of the senior executive/consultant of enterprises (including QLD, NSW & WA Health, Kimberly Aboriginal Health Medical Services, Price Waterhouse, Ernst & Young VISA International, Commonwealth Bank, Qantas), he has undertaken substantial change programs with a record of accomplishment of commercial success.
