Len is one of the most compassionate leaders I have ever met. You continue to inspire me. No matter the task or the time, Len always makes it a point of priority in his schedule to mentor, motivate and follow through.

Aldo Delli Paoli

I have read Len's book "Leadership Matter" and here I want to report my opinion on this work. The author's story is particular, because it comes from the military field but reports some logics within the corporate and global leadership that deserve to be read. It is a broad reading path, which knows how to range from personal leadership, to organizational leadership, up to that of the market. The three concepts are often interconnected and part of a single system. The stories, examples of practical life and any other tools made available by the author serve to increase the mental approach and increase awareness in the use of words, in making the right decisions, in relating to people. The book is written in a schematic and clear way, able to offer excellent advice on leadership. Inside, each chapter explores a principle, a rule, and ends with a part dedicated to making people understand how to put it into practice. There is space is dedicated to food for thought in order to understand how to direct one's efforts to grow the work group and one's business. From the point of view of personal training, this manual is really useful, because it takes the reader by the hand, and gives him a real life lesson. It should be read by anyone who aspires to a successful career. It is "the" manual for developing personal leadership.

Sharing experiences and leadership secrets that have helped me become the person I am today with others. I do this because I was honored to be mentored by some great leaders, To honor what they did for me, I must use today's technology to pass on lessons learned. Received my ordination as a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ from this church. Served under the direction of the Senior Pastor until 2001 and then spent one year leading the congregation as they looked for a new Senior Pastor. During this time, I grew in my pastoral preaching, counseling, and leadership skills. Received my ordination as a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ from this church.
