Lema is one of those people who can make your day brighter and easier by just being around. She is diligent, motivated and brings an infectious positivity to her work. Lema has a boundless creativity and her ideas bring campaigns to life, making them feel more relatable and authentic. I worked closely with Lema for just under a year, and she was a dedicated and proactive part of our team from the start. She consistently took initiative, often going above and beyond what was asked, and she always achieved great results. She was always happy to work on all manner of projects, and did so meticulously– from calling over 1500 people to build awareness and coordinating submissions and nominations from over 250 councillors, to managing mail outs of thousands of promotional flyers and assembling 600 goody bags. Lema’s an all-rounder – a dedicated employee, a positive and supportive person, and an outstanding communicator.
