Leiyang and I worked together at realtor.com, where I was her product counterpart. Leiyang was a terrific leader and excellent partner. Leiyang had built up a strong and user-centered research team at realtor.com. Her research team collaborated with the product team very effectively, which in turn raised the UX quality of our product experience. Apart from research expertise, Leiyang was adept at communicating her insights up/down/across the organization. This really helped to deepen the collective user understanding for the entire company. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Leiyang again.
