I work in the training and development department of Navarre's Industry Association. My main duty here, is to manage European projects related to upskilling of current employees and future workforce. I am in charge of the economic and technical justifications, of carrying out the different tasks to be developed to achieve the desired project results, I also attend both online meetings and transnational project meetings where the project progress is presented and next steps are agreed upon.
