  Lead role in the conversion of five donor databases from The Raiser's Edge to the system-wide Blackbaud CRM database in two phases. Five foundations in Southern California Region (SoCal) migrated in June 2019, during the initial conversion phase of the project. That same year, the Region expanded to include Orange County and High Desert foundations, with their donor databases migrating in the final phase in February 2021. Database Administration: - User security and training for new and existing users in standard and region-specific processes in both Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud CRM systems - Created tracking and reporting systems for regional metrics goals in both database systems, including training guides and step-by-step procedure documentation.
