Software Tester
-
Sep 2006 - Dec 2011
Nimbus were a company who developed and sold business process management (BPM) software. Nimbus was acquired by TIBCO in August 2011. My role was to create and execute tests for Nimbus' range of products including desktop, web based and mobile software. The test process involved analysing specifications and writing functional test scripts to comprehensively test the software requirements and accurately reporting any defects that were found. I worked closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure that the delivered software was of high quality. As well as manual black box testing, I also wrote and maintained automated test scripts and worked on performance and stress testing to improve the quality of Nimbus' web application. Show less
