  I was now in charge of the Evolution welfare department, scheduling jobs, booking sub-contractors and arranging temps if necessary. At this time I also had a big input to the depot traffic management plan to help ease congestion whilst loading and unloading, the movement of the Evolution department into it's own building and other site developments.

  Within this role I serviced air compressors out on site and built complete units within the depot. I refurbished and resprayed air vessels, fabricated stands, brackets and other bespoke parts. I had experience with electrical motors and also petrol and diesel engines. Installing galvanised steel along with copper pipework into the workplace to provide full compressed air systems.
