Procurement and management of legal consultants and services. 3. Manage administrative support to the Department. 4. Receive, process & initiate order works requests for works on sites. 5. Manage & support on various Estates projects as required. My additional role is as the Project Manager for the Re-optimisation Programme (REO), organising the budgets, works programmes (refurbishment or disposal) & liaison with construction companies and stakeholders. Operational performance and project support. As an Facilities Support Assistant, I assist and provide administrative and FM support to the Principle Operations Manager for the South West on Operational Performance Issues and current projects to improve efficiency. I extract relevant performance data of In house maintenance teams and contracted services, utilising Microsoft Power BI to analyse Reactive, PPM's and Remedial Work Orders to measure performance against Service Level Agreements. Using my analytical skills and management experience, I deliver critical information and statistical data to highlight building maintenance issues and help focus NHS engineering resources to influence performance, efficiency and compliance. Responsible for delivering support to the NHSPS RIPON Project, bringing maintenance services from contracted to In House services across the South West region. Including, organising meetings, equipment procurement using Microsoft NAV, recruitment and interviews of technical maintenance engineers, stakeholder liaison, and programming/execution of project delivery. In addition, I organise the delivery/issue of vehicles/equipment, induction training for the engineering teams including H&S and CAFM processes, and Power BI training and support for NHSPS staff. In my administrator duties I produce different types of information, presentations and reports, using various Microsoft programmes including Excel and Powerpoint and file sharing techniques, Key Accomplishments: • Effectively supported, managed and delivered the South West program for the National NHSPS project to improve performance and reduce costs. Resulting in a successful transition from contracted to In House maintenance services, by redeploying and equipping TUPE personnel and new engineering staff to maintain the NHS sites in the region.
