Rebel Media are a multi-service media agency that houses its own digital agency whilst also running two successful radio stations (Rebel FM and The Breeze). I work alongside business owners and community groups alike to help promote themselves digitally or across our radio networks. By collaborating with businesses on their busines goals, I work with our team to deliver custom radio campaigns, build websites, promote businesses through the use of social media and SEO development. In my role I look after a large geographic territory and portfolio of customers so I manage two community co-ordinators who help ensure my customers get personalised care. Show less

CDS is a community-based, not-for-profit incorporated organisation run by a voluntary Management Committee since 1986. GBNC programs focus on improving individual, family and community wellbeing within the Granite Belt region of the Southern Downs Regional Council area. Programs are funded by a range of Federal and State government departments and through donations. I was responsible for the running of a very busy office while also being the first point of contact for clients both in-person and over the phone. I received a secondment to the position of Projects and Events for a period of 6 months whilst at the Neighbourhood Centre where I was responsible for the successful running of Seniors Week Expo in Stanthorpe in 2018. This involved extensive research and marketing of the event along with coordinating meetings with key stakeholder’s. The event attracted over 40 stallholders on the day and a lot of attention to detail was required to place attendees in the most favourable position. This required numerous phone calls, management of a run sheet and collaborating with multiple community groups to organise catering, event spaces, promoting the event through multiple channels and transport to and from the day. The expo was an outstanding success and with over 200 patrons attending, the feedback was very positive. I also coordinated an Alcohol and Other Drugs Workshop held in Stanthorpe and Warwick. This involved securing venues, catering, networking and marketing. Show less
