      As Professor of Practice at Jindal Global Business School, I currently teach Business Ethics and CSR in the Family Business Program at undergraduate level. As Associate Director of JGU International Office I oversee partnerships, program agreements and joint articulation with profile universities from the Oceania region (Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific). My role with CIAS is a strategic one, building Australian research relationships and institutional collaborations for jointly accredited programs between Australian universities and the 12 academic schools of JGU. My role is a new one recognising the importance of Australian HE partnerships in India for raising the quality of Indian Higher Education and enhancing 2-way student mobility at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. JGU is one of important 10 Institutions of Eminence (IOEs) declared in India in setting new global standards In Indian universities as per the 2020 National Education Policy (NEP). G20 India meetings have brought world ranked Australian university visitors to India and to JGU. Joint university agreements have been signed between JGU and 25 of our 43 Australian world ranked universities. I have already been responsible for a 10 year data analytics project to collect, consolidate, analyse and visualise the record archive of Australian engagement at JGU. New promotional material has neen developed. Profile visits from several university vice chancellors and follow up program articulation agreements have been facilitated under the aegis of the New Colombo Plan.       As External Relations Manager, I fed into the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for a recent start-up, profile IBO World School, I was the key point of contact for governnent,corporate and NGO stakeholders and potential partners for the mutual benefit of the Academy, AKDN India based agencies and the Academies management team in Geneva. My specific deliverables were to: (1) Inform and report on CSR, education, and development trends and drivers affecting Academy external relations & partnerships at global, national and local levels (2) Retain existing partners and report on current partnership arrangements. This included local and national government departments, United Way (US based global philanthropic funding aggregator), CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), Microsoft, Deloittes, & Teach for India. (3) Identify and cultivate potential long term stakeholder relationships with corporate partners whose CSR vision aligns with that of the Academies. Business development experience was a key element in developing new ways to profile AKDN agencies and to promote their century long contribution to India's development. My role expanded to include: (4) Monitoring, evaluation and reporting on stakeholder engagement relating to partnerships. (5) Overseeing the development and refinement of marketing and communication materials as they relate to the attraction of external stakeholders & potential education partners. This includes website, social media, traditional hard copy material, and promotional films. Successfully sought Federal grant of 30k AUD and corporate sponsorship of 20K AUD with in-kind support pledged from Mitcham and Marion Town Councils to effect a week long, shopping centre extravaganza for primary and secondary school students across South Australia with a weekend family program.
