  I got the job in 2010 and my most importing task was to get SATS back on track, in Denmark, either make it ready to expand or make it ready to sell. I was in charge of changing the operations model for the entire Nordic SATS chain in 4 countries, with a result of a total scaving of 20 mill a year and an more efficient operations model. After that project I made all clubs in Denmark up to date on facilities and equipment. (included buying the gym chain Hardwork) I was, in this period, in charge of all operations and about 2500 staffs In 2008 I resigned the job, to run one of my own business as an CEO (Build A Bear Workshop) After I sold my own Gym chain to fitness dk, I got the COO role in fitness dk.
