I had the pleasure of managing and working with Leeza Patel-Malinowski while she held the position of Player Development Casino Host at Parx Casino during the summer and fall of 2012. Leeza was a dynamic team member responsible for multiple player development, casino host, and relationship marketing tasks. In addition to working cohesively with the rest of the player development team to provide superior front line customer service, Leeza also excelled at working independently to drive revenue through her proactive relationship marketing. Leeza’s extensive casino credit experience, along with her marketing and customer service skills became evident upon her transition to the Player Development Department at Parx. I was exceedingly impressed with her ability to balance her drive to take initiative with the need for verification of compliance and regulatory issues. I would be thrilled to have Leeza as a member of my team again, and consider her a valuable casino marketing and casino credit professional.
