  At the beginning of the internship, I was learning the development process and documentation of intelligent systems, such as Smart Home systems, Billing & Management systems. Video Intercom System and so on while waiting for approval of CIDB green card. After some time, I was responsible to deal with customers as junior engineering for quoting prices, presenting sample sets, signing agreements, installing, testing, training, and maintaining. I was participating in project Aira Residence, Snooker King, SportServa, Hill10 I-City, Gamuda Land, Straits Residences Penang, Gravid8. And I do help my internship company to register some of the licenses and regulations. Within the internship period, I have used my knowledge in helping the company and do learn many things from the company as well. In technically, I have learned about IoT Communication Protocol, Raspberry Pi, IoT Platform, Networking, AutoCAD design, Software development, Method Environment Documentation, ELV & FTTH System, Smart Home Devices installation & setup(ZigBee 1&2&3 gang switch, CCTV, motorized curtain, gateway, transmitter, IP-Phone, Firewall, QR Code Reader, IR card Reader, Siren, Google Nest, & Alexa) at industrial level. In cooperating with coworkers and customers, I have learned the importance of time management, leadership, problem-solving, communication, presentation, training skill. In general, I can deal with customers (give a quotation, sample, agreement, training, maintenance), install a smart home system with the team or leading subordinates, install and configure for networking, use some of the tools and techniques related to IoT.
