I had the sincere pleasure of working closely with Leesa for over three years. When we first began working together, she was temporarily brought on to assist me in rolling out a large client migration project that included custom development, onboard, and training for over 250+ site locations -- all to be completed, within a short timeline. It was the first large migration of its kind for our organization so processes had to be created from the ground up. Within a few weeks of working together, I recognized what a tremendous gift I had been given. Throughout our partnership, not only did we successfully complete the migration project, but she stayed on to help me establish a strong Enterprise Account Management division within our organization with scalable and replicatable processes that have since been adopted in other divisions. Leesa is a rare gem. Not only is she a strong customer advocate but a highly, analytical, and strategic process developer and problem solver.
