      Responsible for managing funding from large institutional, corporate and statutory funders for programmes across the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. Grants are made to organisations that use the power of sport to focus on child poverty, education, employment, gender equality, health, violence and migration with children and young people globally. Writing and presentation of tender opportunities that are related to the Sportswise and the Arts programme service which has resulted in over £75,000 for the arts programme. Prepare and provide high quality professional reports for internal and external stakeholders such as Comic Relief and Statoil as part of an on-going schedule of requirements, and specific reports when requested, in a timely manner. Developed a wide range of accredited sports, leisure and Arts activities for young people in collaboration cross departmentally with Heads of Service and internal staff as well as external sport, Art and health service providers. Developed strategic changes towards sports and arts programmes through implementation and recruitment of staff and volunteers which have resulted in further outcomes gained by young people such as NEET to EET figures and have bolstered the impact and value of both Sport For Change and Cre8 arts programme within a year attracting further funding and corporate partnerships. Lead on the two biggest events on the Centrepoint calendar for young people through CPGT (Centrepoints Got Talent) and Centrepoint Sports Day which requires extensive collaboration with over 1000 young people, 60+ hostels nationwide and over 300 staff including management.
