  As purchaser and product developer for the design brand Mater I was responsible for managing their supply chain in Europe and Asia and the development of new products. I managed all procurement activities with their supplier base and was responsible for evaluating and selecting new suppliers, this included price negotiation, contracts, planning and quality control. Besides that I managed the workflow of Mater’s design team and worked closely together with the sales, marketing and customer departments.   The Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations commissioned me to curate an exhibition for their in house gallery. I created the exhibition 'Future Travels' which focussed on nomadism and traveling in relation to our daily life. Four talented graduates, each gave us their perspective on modern nomadism using the medium of fashion, photography and product design. With their work they bring the freedom and adventure of traveling into our daily lives.
