  During that period of my clinically posting including initially nephrology ward ,HDU,Dialysis ,periphery cover and than in ICU ful time .I successfully competent to do efficinet track record in making critical decisions for patients requiring acute haemodialysis,planning patient's follow up for regular dialysis,timely advice for vascular access and other plans in regards to patients treatment and care while also educating junuir doctors. During ICU posting I learnt not only nephrology related emergencies but also got chance to manage critical patients of othe medical and surgical specialties. I learnt and had quite confident for the procedures of Double Lemen Catheter ,centeral venous line, arterial line, IV cannulation, endo tracheal intubation, lumbar puncture, pleural tap,NG insertion, urethral catheterization, secondary suturing,chest tube insertion. I also got confident to learn counselling of the patient's attendant regarding critical stage and their outcome . I participated and shared effectively in all departmental educational and training activities, grand rounds ,tutorials and joutnal clubs . Show less
